Human Resources Intern

The Zesty Solutions is a growing HR and Recruitment solutions provider helping businesses connect with the right talent. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR/Recruitment Intern to join our team in Lahore. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and talent management, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
• Post job advertisements across different platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
• Provide general HR and administrative support to the team.
• Participate in employer branding and candidate engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, MBA – HR, Psychology, or related field preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and grow in the HR and recruitment field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LinkedIn or other job boards is a plus.
