✅️Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations
• Manage employee relations & handle grievances professionally
• Develop and implement HR policies & SOPs
• Coordinate with departments for smooth HR functioning
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance

✅ Requirements:
• 2–4 years of HR experience (preferably in structured organizations)
• Strong command over HR Operations & Employee Relations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with HR tools/systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BBA, or relevant field
