Human Resource Manager

Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. He/She will also be responsible for handling U.S. hiring and supporting the recruitment of international candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.
• Lead both local and U.S. hiring efforts, ensuring top talent acquisition.
• Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with business goals.
• Handle employee engagement, attendance, and payroll management.
• Address employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with management to improve HR systems and organizational culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
• Experience in U.S. hiring or international recruitment will be a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
