Fatima Memorial Hospital (FMH) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join its Human Resources team.

📍 Location: Shadman, Lahore
🕒 Job Type: Full-time

As an HR Generalist, you will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with HR policies, and contribute to building a positive and high-performing workplace. Candidates with healthcare industry experience, particularly in tertiary care hospitals, will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
✅ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for clinical and non-clinical roles
✅ Handle employee records, contracts, confirmations, transfers, and separations
✅ Ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and healthcare regulations
✅ Manage attendance, leave administration, and payroll coordination
✅ Support employee relations and HR service delivery
✅ Assist with performance management and appraisal processes
✅ Support accreditation and audit requirements (PMDC, PHC, ISO, etc.)

Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (Master’s preferred)
✔ Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
✔ Healthcare industry experience is mandatory
✔ Experience in a tertiary care hospital will be preferred
