Description:
As an HR Intern at Datum Labs, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment process and various HR activities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for assisting in talent sourcing, screening candidates, and facilitating the recruitment life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Post job openings, manage job descriptions, and ensure accurate and timely updates on recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist with the preparation and scheduling of interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure up-to-date records.
- Support in building and nurturing relationships with potential candidates and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in onboarding new hires.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support HR team activities such as training, development, and performance management.
- Help with various administrative HR tasks, such as preparing reports, maintaining employee records, and managing HR documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to identify and engage with top talent through various channels.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, job boards, and recruitment tools.
