Job Title: HR Recruitment Executive
📍 Onsite – Lahore | Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and corporate roles
Execute bulk hiring drives effectively
Source top talent for tech and non-tech positions
Collaborate with operations to understand role requirements
Maintain a seamless candidate experience and hiring pipeline
Ensure timely closures within set KPIs

Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
3-4 years of relevant recruitment experience
Expertise in bulk, tech, and non-tech hiring
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
Strong understanding of the BPO industry is a plus
