We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to manage day-to-day 𝗨.𝗦. 𝗛𝗥 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, including 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗛𝗥 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

📋 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 4+ years
🌙 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁: Night (6:00 PM–3:00 AM)
📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Karachi – On-site
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
• 4+ years of HR operations experience supporting 𝗨.𝗦. 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀
• 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨.𝗦. 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆
• Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state employment laws and HR compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience with employee onboarding, offboarding, employment verification, and HR documentation
• Proficiency in HRIS, employee records management, HR reporting, and database maintenance
• Experience coordinating payroll, benefits enrollment, PTO, sick leave, and employee data updates
• Knowledge of Form I-9 verification, compliance audits, and employment documentation
• Ability to respond to employee HR inquiries and support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
