Position/Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Gulberg, Lahore

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Salary: PKR 200,000 – 300,000 (Based on Experience)

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus)
* 3–5 years of HR experience in Design, MEP, EPC, IT, or Engineering organizations
* Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, and Employee Relations
* Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and MS Office skills (Mandatory)
* Knowledge of ODOO ERP Payroll is an advantage
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding
* Manage HR operations, performance management, and employee relations
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
* Support workforce planning, organizational development, and change management
* Coordinate learning & development initiatives and employee engagement programs
* Collaborate with Finance on payroll and benefits administration
* Drive HR process improvements, automation, and HRIS optimization
* Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
