To drive this mission forward, we are looking for a dynamic HR Manager who can:

✅ Establish HR systems, culture & frameworks from the ground up

✅ Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, operations & technical roles

✅ Build performance-driven teams and foster employee growth

✅ Ensure compliance with local labor laws while creating a positive work environment

Requirements:

🎓 Master’s in HRM / Business Administration (or equivalent)

💼 5–7 years of HR experience (preferably FMCG, Tech, or Advertising)

🤝 Strong expertise in talent acquisition, training & compliance

💡 Excellent communication & leadership skills
