• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection of high-quality talent
• Manage monthly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• Develop, organize, and conduct staff training and development programs

• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
• 5+ years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll processing, and employee training
• Demonstrated expertise in training and development
• Strong organizational, critical-thinking, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and good judgment
