What You'll Do:
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
✅ Maintain employee records and HR documentation
✅ Support attendance, leave, and performance management processes
✅ Assist in policy implementation and employee engagement initiatives
✅ Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR operations

Key Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
✔ Prior HR experience in an IT firm is preferred
