We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern (Leading to Full-Time Job) to support our HR and talent management activities. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in technical hiring, employee engagement, and learning & development within the IT industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for technical positions
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs
- Coordinate with internal teams for employee learning initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recruitment/training trackers
- Support employer branding and internship engagement activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential for candidate outreach).
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of technical roles and IT industry is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR and Talent Development
