Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern (Leading to Full-Time Job) to support our HR and talent management activities. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in technical hiring, employee engagement, and learning & development within the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for technical positions
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs
  • Coordinate with internal teams for employee learning initiatives
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recruitment/training trackers
  • Support employer branding and internship engagement activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential for candidate outreach).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of technical roles and IT industry is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in HR and Talent Development
