Hr Generalist

Description:

KDys LAB is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage core HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.

Location: NASTP, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift: Night Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally.
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development.
- Manage offboarding, exit interviews, and clearance procedures.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and other compensation-related matters.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on HR matters.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR Generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Hands-on recruitment and employee relations experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HR management systems.
- Willingness to work the night shift.
