Description:

🚨 We’re Hiring: HR Generalist at Nord Home by H-Verse
📍 Location: DHA Phase 7, Lahore
🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Sat)
👥 Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. Female employees will have alternate Saturdays off.
⚡ Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

* Recruitment, onboarding & employee orientation
* Maintaining employee records & HR documentation
* Supporting payroll & leave management
* Handling employee queries
* Manage performance management & training
* Ensuring compliance with HR policies & labor laws
* Driving employee engagement & retention

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s in HR/Business Administration
✔ 1–2 years of HR experience
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔ MS Office proficiency
✔ Ability to multitask & maintain confidentiality
