🎓 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
✅ 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
✅ Hospitality industry experience preferred
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR operations
✅ Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and HR activities
