*WE ARE HIRING – HR EXECUTIVE (PMS & TRAINING)*
We are looking for a motivated and experienced *HR professional* to join our HR Department.

*Qualification*
* BBA / Master’s Degree in *Human Resources / HRM*

*Experience*
*3–4 years* of relevant HR experience
Hand-on experience in *Performance Management System (PMS)* and *Training & Development*
Good understanding of core *HR functions and processes*

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage and coordinate the *PMS cycle*, including performance reviews and documentation.
* Coordinate *training needs identification, planning, and execution*.
* Support HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, leave, HR records, and other HR operations.
* Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee documentation.
* Coordinate with HODs and employees regarding HR-related matters.
