Position: HR Executive

Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore (On-Site)

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources (BBA HR / MBA HR)
* 3–4 years of relevant HR experience
* Retail industry experience is highly preferred
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, HR operations, and labor laws
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
* Handle employee relations and HR operations
* Coordinate attendance and payroll processes
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation
* Support day-to-day HR activities
