📍 Position Details
Role: HR Executive
Client Industry: Leading English Language & Training Center
Location: M.M. Alam Road, Lahore (On-Site)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
Salary: Up to 90,000 PKR (Based on experience)

🔑 Key Requirements
Technical Skills: Must be highly proficient in Advanced Excel, and experienced in working with HRIS systems.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in core HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills (written and verbal), aligning with the standards of a premium training center.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
🌟 Core Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations using the internal HRIS system.
Maintain precise employee databases, attendance, and payroll.
Support the recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding training professionals and administrative staff.
Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Assist in implementing HR policies and performance management processes.
