Design & Engineering Systems (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive – Organizational Development (OD) to support performance management, HR reporting, and employee engagement initiatives at Head Office.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Head Office – DHA Phase 6, Lahore
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Basic knowledge of KPI tracking and performance management
• Support HR reporting and employee engagement activities
• Assist in appraisal cycles and performance evaluations
• Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
