• Manage recruitment & onboarding process
• Maintain employee records & attendance
• Assist in payroll & HR documentation
• Support daily HR operations & coordination

🔹 Requirements:
• 2–4 years of HR experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Knowledge of recruitment & HR operations
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel & HR systems

🔹 Preferred:
• Experience in factory/industrial setup
• Strong problem-solving & communication skills
