Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure policy compliance, and support workforce planning in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Implementation and monitoring of HR policies
Employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Performance reviews and appraisal coordination
Training, compliance, and labor law support
Manpower planning and HR reporting

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
Knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR practices
Strong communication and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office
