Hexa Clicks is looking for a proactive HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations to join our on-site team.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Lead full cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using ATS and job portals
• Skilled in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, portals, and referrals
• Coordinate with hiring teams and track recruitment metrics
• Support onboarding, HRIS record management, and HR operations
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools and HRIS systems
Location: Gulberg 5, Lahore | Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM
