Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening & interview coordination)
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Support employee engagement and internal HR activities
• Help implement company HR policies
• Coordinate with different departments on HR matters
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ 6 months to 1 year of HR experience
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
