💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist in recruitment, onboarding & staff documentation
✔️ Maintain employee records, attendance & HR files
✔️ Coordinate with management on performance & disciplinary actions
✔️ Support day-to-day site HR and administrative tasks
✅ Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's/Master’s in HR or related field
🗂️ 2–3 years’ relevant experience (site HR preferred)
💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
💻 Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools
