Hr Executive

HRPSP is actively seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our HR team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring seamless HR operations, managing recruitment processes, supporting payroll activities, and maintaining a healthy and compliant work environment across multiple zones and hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage smooth and efficient HR service delivery across multiple hubs and locations

• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for assigned regions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee information and ensuring timely and accurate processing

• Act as the point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances, concerns, and workplace issues professionally and empathetically

• Prepare and maintain HR reports, including operations and payroll data

• Oversee core HR operations such as employee onboarding, offboarding, policy compliance, attendance, and records management

• Ensure labor law compliance and assist in maintaining a safe, respectful, and productive work culture

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist or executive role

• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and labor regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems

• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

• Capable of multitasking, managing priorities, and meeting tight deadlines
