📍 Location: DHA, Lahore
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
💰 Salary: PKR 120,000 – 140,000
🗓 Working Days: Mon–Fri | 9 AM–5 PM
⏰ Saturday: 9 AM–3 PM

We’re looking for an experienced HR & Compliance Manager with strong expertise in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, labor law compliance, and workforce coordination. Experience in the NGO/Development Sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
• Manage employee lifecycle, including probation, confirmation, transfers & exits
• Ensure labor law & statutory compliance including EOBI & PESSI
• Coordinate payroll & employee relations
• Support donor & safeguarding compliance
• Maintain HR policies, records & audit documentation

Requirements:

🎓 BBA / BPA / MBA in HR or equivalent
💼 4–5 years of relevant HR experience
📌 Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, payroll & HR documentation
⭐ NGO/Development Sector experience is preferred
