Position: HR Business Partner – Sales & Marketing

Location: Head Office, SITE, Karachi

Experience: 4–5 years of HR experience with strong HRBP exposure supporting Sales & Marketing / field-based teams

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with Sales & Marketing leadership and support field teams across Pakistan.
* Handle HR business partnering and workforce support.
* Manage talent deployment, onboarding, and employee relations.
* Support performance management and competency development.
* Monitor employee engagement, retention, and attrition analytics.
* Support HR policy implementation.
* Prepare HR dashboards, insights, and people reporting.

Requirements:

* Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
* 4–5 years of HR experience.
* Strong HRBP experience supporting Sales & Marketing or field-based teams.
