We are seeking a dynamic, strategic HR Business Partner to manage our HR & OD functions. If you are an impactful leader who excels at driving organizational culture, building robust governance frameworks, and acting as a trusted advisor to top management, we want you on our executive team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership: Design and lead the comprehensive HR strategy aligned with organizational vision and long-term business objectives.
Executive Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
Systems & Governance: Build, institutionalize, and continuously improve HR systems, policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
Talent Acquisition & Leadership Pipeline: Lead the talent acquisition strategy to secure top-tier professionals and ensure robust leadership pipeline development across the organization.
Performance & Succession: Drive performance management frameworks, succession planning, and targeted leadership development initiatives.
Total Rewards: Oversee the compensation & benefits strategy, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and performance-linked incentives.
Culture & Retention: Strengthen organizational culture, elevate employee engagement, and implement impactful retention strategies.
Compliance & Risk: Ensure complete HR compliance, risk management, and strict adherence to local labor laws and corporate governance standards.
Data Driven Insights: Lead HR analytics and modern reporting systems to drive data-backed decision-making for executive leadership.
Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations matters with maturity, promoting a fair, inclusive and high-performance workplace.
The Ideal Profile
Experience: Proven track record in managerial role.
Expertise: Deep expertise in strategic HR, organizational development (OD), and managing complex organizational change.
Scale: Prior experience managing HR operations across multi location or large-scale environments is highly preferred.
Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA, or a relevant discipline. Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP) will be major plus.
