We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team at the Landhi Plant Novatex – Karachi.
🔹 Key Requirements:
• 4–6 years of HR experience (Manufacturing industry preferred)
• Proficient in SAP HR modules
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Solid experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
