Xper2Go Pvt. Ltd., a technology-driven managed services provider supporting the U.S. hospitality industry, is looking for a Hospitality Technology Engineer to join our Hospitality Value Engineering team. This is a project-focused role responsible for implementing, upgrading, and supporting hospitality technology infrastructure while working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead hospitality technology implementation projects, including server migrations, system upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Deploy and administer Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows 10/11 environments.
- Configure and support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networks.
- Develop Scopes of Work (SOWs), implementation plans, technical documentation, and network diagrams.
- Coordinate with hotel management, ownership groups, ISPs, vendors, and contractors throughout project lifecycles.
- Perform infrastructure assessments and recommend technology improvements and standardization initiatives.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, deployment procedures, and technical records.

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
✅ 2–4 years of infrastructure engineering experience.
✅ Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
✅ Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, wireless networking, and firewall technologies.
✅ Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications:
✅ Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator
✅ Microsoft 365 Administrator
✅ Cisco CCNA
