Healthcare Profile & Directory Specialist

Optimum Tech is seeking a meticulous and proactive Healthcare Profile & Directory Specialist to join our night shift operations team. In this role, you will represent Optimum Tech by managing and optimizing online provider profiles for our US-based mental healthcare telehealth client.

Your primary focus will be ensuring profile accuracy, boosting discoverability, and maintaining directory listings across major US healthcare platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary Channel Optimization (Headway): Actively audit, update, and optimize provider listings on Headway to maximize organic patient discovery and booking conversions.

• Directory Upkeep (Psychology Today): Maintain an engaging, accurate, and up-to-date presence on Psychology Today to attract qualified prospective patients.

• Partner Profile Management (Thriveworks): Maintain and manage current professional network listings on Thriveworks to ensure consistency across active partnerships.
•  
• Listing Integrity & Data Accuracy: Ensure provider credentials, service offerings, accepted insurances, and bios remain completely synchronized across all active directories.

• Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience managing US healthcare portals or directory listings (experience with Headway, Psychology Today, or Thriveworks is highly preferred).

  • Willingness and full availability to work Night Shifts aligned with US business hours (Eastern Standard Time).

  • Excellent written English communication and copywriting skills.
  •  
  • Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
