Position/Job Title: Head of Operations – Furniture Manufacturing Industry
Company Name: WI HR Consultant
Location: Karachi
Experience: 12–15+ years (including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain, quality management, and maintenance functions.
- Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Warehouse functions.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Ensure timely production planning and execution to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Manufacturing, and cost optimization projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational goals and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to build a high-performance culture.

Salary: PKR 800,000 – 1,000,000/month + other benefits
