We’re hiring a Head of Operations to manage offshore teams across SEO, Social Media, Web Development, and Branding.
We’re specifically looking for someone experienced in:
Managing team productivity & daily operations
Tracking KPIs and performance closely
Enforcing structure, deadlines & accountability
Reporting directly to senior leadership

Responsibilities
Oversee attendance, workflow, and delivery
Manage cross-functional teams and resource allocation
Ensure deadlines and operational efficiency
Provide daily/weekly reports to Dubai leadership
Improve SOPs, processes, and team performance

Requirements
5–10+ years in operations or delivery management
Experience managing remote/offshore teams
Strong leadership and reporting skills
Agency/digital industry experience preferred
