Experience:
* 12–15 years of progressive HR experience in a corporate environment
* 7–8 years of proven leadership experience managing HR functions or teams

Requirements:
* Master’s degree (MBA/MS) in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
* Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CIPD) preferred
* Strong strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
* In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
