Description:
Four Brothers Group Pakistan is hiring a Head of Human Resources to lead and elevate our HR function at our Lahore office on Main Boulevard Gulberg.
They’re looking for an experienced HR leader with 12-15 years of progressive experience, including leadership and strategic HR roles, to develop and implement HR strategies, strengthen our organizational culture, and drive employee engagement and talent management aligned with their business goals. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration and preferably experience in the agrochemicals, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry. You’ll oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, performance management, C&B, OD, and L&D, while partnering with department heads to build a strong talent pipeline.
