Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Manage performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.
• Drive HR analytics and reporting for informed decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.

Requirements
• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the retail sector.
