🔸 Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, and performance management
Drive digital HR transformation and implement best practices across the organization
Ensure policy compliance and strengthen organizational culture & capability
Advise leadership on workforce planning, retention, and organizational development

🔸 Requirements:
Master’s in HR, Business, or related discipline
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in senior leadership
Strong background in IT/tech sector HR practices
Proven expertise in HR strategy, change management, and employee relations
