Hardware Design Engineer

Teresol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Hardware Design Engineer (AI/ML) with 2–3 years of experience in designing and optimizing hardware architectures tailored for AI/ML workloads. This is a full-time, Islamabad-based position ideal for candidates who possess a strong foundation in embedded systems, FPGA design, and high-performance computing along with a passion for AI-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI/ML hardware accelerators using FPGA, ASIC, or GPU-based architectures

• Implement high-performance computing solutions to support AI/ML algorithms

• Work on edge AI and embedded systems enabling real-time AI inference

• Optimize hardware for deep learning models and AI inference engines

• Collaborate closely with software teams for hardware-software integration

• Perform performance analysis and system-level optimization for AI models on custom hardware

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering and Master’s in AI/ML

• Strong experience with VHDL/Verilog, FPGA design, and embedded C/C++

• Familiarity with GPU computing, TensorRT, or OpenVINO is a plus

• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch with insight into hardware acceleration

• Skills in digital circuit design, signal processing, and hardware optimization

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
