Description:
We're looking for a hands-on Electronics Hardware Engineer to design and build industrial electronic devices, working alongside our mechatronics and software teams from schematic to field-tested product.
Responsibilities
- Design circuits and 2–4 layer PCBs (KiCad or Altium) for sensor interfaces, precision measurement and microcontroller boards (ESP32 / STM32).
- Design 12/24 V DC power stages with surge, reverse-polarity and fuse protection.
- Integrate sensors and interfaces: UART, RS-485 / Modbus, I2C, SPI, Wi-Fi.
- Design control panels for motors, pumps and valves (relays, contactors, overload protection).
- Prototype, solder, test and document: schematics, BOMs, wiring diagrams and test reports.
- Select IP65/IP67 enclosures and locally available components.
Requirements
- BSc in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on circuit and PCB design, with a portfolio of boards you designed.
- Strong analog and power electronics fundamentals.
- Experience with precision analog sensing and signal conditioning, including sensor calibration.
- Design for outdoor/harsh environments (temperature extremes, vibration, moisture, EMC). Practical experience with lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter) and SMD soldering — comfortable using it to characterize the behavior of an existing, undocumented device.
- Knowledge of safe AC switching and panel wiring.
