Gtm Engineer

Description:

ZAPHYRE is looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer to build and manage signal-led outbound systems for our B2B tech clients. You won't be managing campaigns — you'll be engineering the infrastructure behind them.

What you'll own:

• Bitscale and Clay workflows for trigger detection and enrichment waterfalls
• ICP scoring models and signal routing logic
• HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) integration and data sync
• Multi-threaded account targeting across simultaneous client campaigns
• Webhook and automation logic connecting the full outbound stack

You must have:

• 2+ years of hands-on GTM engineering experience
• Real Bitscale builds — not just familiarity
• Clay enrichment waterfalls, ICP scoring, dynamic list management
• Webhook/routing logic (Make.com, Zapier, or native)
• HubSpot CRM sync experience
