Description:
The ideal candidate is someone who understands trends in retail and e-commerce, can design engaging visuals, and produce high-quality product videos for social media, website, and advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design banners, social media posts, product packaging, thumbnails, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Shoot and edit product videos, ads, reels, unboxing videos, and promotional content.
- Create motion graphics, transitions, and animations where required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements.
- Deliver high-quality designs and edits within deadlines.
- Maintain an organized asset library of images, footage, and design templates.
- Ensure all creatives follow brand identity and visual consistency.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience with additional editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Desktop, or Filmora. Ability to create clean, modern, and visually appealing designs.
- Understanding of trending formats for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual communication skills.
- Good understanding of lighting, composition, and color grading for videos.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing (preferably in retail or e-commerce).
- Portfolio showcasing design and video work is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences, Design, or related fields.
