Description:
THE ROLE: Working as part of the technology team with minimal daily supervision, the Web (UI/UX) & Graphics Designer will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of user interface and visual design—covering conceptualization, UI design, prototyping, asset creation, and design implementation support. You will be expected to contribute to both web application UI/UX design and graphic content for marketing and brand communications. The role demands a strong visual sense, attention to detail, and the ability to convert abstract concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences.
THE LOCATION: G8/1, Islamabad
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of UI/UX and graphic design from concept through execution across web and mobile platforms.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into elegant design solutions.
- Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces, workflows, and interactions for web applications.
- Create engaging graphics for web, social media, and marketing campaigns, including banners, infographics, and animations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and functional implementation of design assets.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and style guides.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all design work.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for a candidate who has 2-5 years of experience with the following skill set:
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and Sketch.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience in responsive design and familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap for communicating with developers.
- Basic understanding of frontend development and ability to communicate design decisions in developer-friendly language.
- Knowledge of JavaScript libraries or frameworks such as JQuery, React, Angular is a big plus.
- Motion graphics or video editing skills using After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Filmora or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX and graphic design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
