Graphic Designer & Creative Lead

Nurel.pk is looking for a Graphic Designer & Creative Lead to take ownership of our visual direction across social media, advertising, eCommerce, packaging and brand campaigns.

This is a creative leadership role for someone who can think beyond individual designs, set a strong visual direction, make creative decisions and maintain a consistent, high-quality brand identity across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the visual direction and creative execution for Nurel.pk

• Develop concepts and creative directions for campaigns, product launches and promotions

• Oversee social media and performance marketing creatives across Meta and other platforms

• Create and guide designs for static ads, social content, website banners and eCommerce assets

• Work closely with the Brand, Marketing, Social Media and Video teams

• Maintain consistency across Nurel’s visual identity, campaigns and customer touchpoints

• Lead packaging, product visuals and other brand design requirements

• Review and improve creative output while maintaining quality and brand standards

• Stay updated with design, advertising and social media trends

• Guide and support other designers when required

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of professional graphic design experience

• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, advertising, eCommerce and social media design

• Strong understanding of visual identity, typography, composition and creative direction

• Experience creating performance-focused advertising creatives

• Ability to develop concepts, not just execute briefs

• Strong creative judgment and decision-making ability

• Experience working with brands, campaigns and product-based businesses

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma or similar tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency

• Experience leading or mentoring designers is a plus

• Experience in eCommerce, FMCG, beauty, skincare or haircare is a plus

• Own capable laptop/workstation required
