Description:

We're looking for a creative and self-driven Graphic Designer + AI Video Content Creator who will manage our visual content and run our company page and social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, banners, carousels, and marketing creatives
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, promos) for social platforms
• Create AI-generated videos and voiceovers using AI tools
• Manage and post regularly on the Codelithics LinkedIn page and other social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all content
• Plan a basic content calendar and keep the pages active and engaging

Required Skills

• Graphic Designing (intermediate level): Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
• Core Video Editing (intermediate level): CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
• AI Voice Generation: ElevenLabs or similar tools
• Familiarity with AI video/image tools (Runway, HeyGen, Midjourney, etc.)
• Basic understanding of social media trends and engagement
• Good sense of design, color, and typography

Nice to Have

• Experience managing a business page or brand account
• Basic copywriting for captions
• Interest in tech, Web3, or AI
