KASS Cosmetics has been manufacturing skincare, personal care and henna in Karachi since 2005. Our brands — Malika, Arzoo, Al Dahabi, Laiba, Rasm-e-Henna — sell in 17+ countries. That means the work you make here goes on a real shelf, in a real box, in a real market.

What you'll actually do:

static posts, reels, ad creative for Meta and TikTok, cutting long-form footage down to short-form that performs. The other half is packaging and print: designing cartons and labels, building accurate dielines, preparing print-ready artwork that comes back from the press looking like what you approved.

You'll work alongside our existing creative team, not in isolation.

What we need you to already know:

→ Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign — working fluency, not a certificate

→ Print production: dielines, bleeds, color management, CMYK vs. spot, what a printer will and won't accept

→ How to edit for retention, not just for looks — you understand a hook and a cut

→ 3–5 years doing both, professionally

→ Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, color theory, and visual composition.

→ Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.

→ Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and arrange type for clear and engaging communication.

→ Portfolio demonstrating creative work across print and digital media.

→ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback constructively.

→ Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

→ Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
