🚨 We're Hiring: Graphic Designer

LVLS Agency is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team and help build high-performing creatives for streetwear and clothing brands.
This isn't a role for someone who simply follows prompts.
We're looking for a designer who researches the brand, understands the audience, develops original concepts, and then uses AI to execute those ideas faster—not someone who relies on AI to think for them.

What You'll Do
🎨 Design high-converting ad creatives, social media content, and brand assets.
🔍 Research each brand's audience, positioning, and competitors before designing.
💡 Develop original creative concepts that align with each brand's identity.
🤖 Use AI tools intelligently to speed up execution—not replace creativity.
📱 Design across multiple formats including ads, stories, posts, banners, and more.
🤝 Collaborate with our Paid Media and Content teams to create creatives that perform.
📈 Stay ahead of design trends, internet culture, and streetwear aesthetics.

What We're Looking For
✔️ 2+ years of Graphic Design experience.
✔️ Strong portfolio showcasing original creative work.
✔️ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools.
✔️ Excellent understanding of typography, color, composition, and branding.
✔️ Experience creating marketing and social media creatives.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Bonus Points
➕ Experience with streetwear, fashion, or e-commerce brands.
➕ Motion graphics or short-form video editing skills.
➕ Strong understanding of current internet and streetwear culture.

Compensation & Benefits
💰 PKR 90,000 – 120,000/month
💵 Salary paid in USD remittance (stable currency)
