🕘 Shift: Morning Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
📆 Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday)

A designer who thinks creatively, understands Social media & Reels design, and can turn ideas into visually compelling graphics for web, mobile, and marketing platforms.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
✔ Design high-quality graphics for web, mobile, print & digital marketing
✔ Create UI visuals and design elements for ERP & software products
✔ Maintain brand consistency across all designs
✔ Develop and follow design systems, style guides & brand guidelines
✔ Design banners, brochures, social media creatives, email templates & ads
✔ Create visuals for presentations and marketing campaigns
✔ Apply user feedback and research to improve design usability
✔ Stay updated with modern design trends & tools
✔ Handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently

🧠 Requirements
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Visual Arts or related field
🔹1-2 years experience in an ERP or product-based software house
🔹 Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
🔹 Experience with Figma / Sketch (UI design is a plus)
🔹 Strong portfolio showcasing UI, product & marketing designs
🔹 Excellent understanding of color theory, typography & layouts
🔹 Creative mindset with attention to detail
🔹 Strong communication & teamwork skills
