As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be the creative force ensuring that every visual we share — from social posts to presentations — reflects the quality, consistency, and ambition of our brand.

Your work will help us communicate effectively across cultures and channels, supporting the marketing team with visuals that inspire, inform, and align with our global presence.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Elevate our brand presence: Create on-brand visuals for social media, campaigns, and print that strengthen Markcon’s identity.
• Support international expansion: Design marketing materials that resonate with broad audiences and nationalities across the globe.
• Simplify creative workflows: Build and maintain a library of consistent templates (presentations, brochures, internal manuals).
• Collaborate effectively: Work closely with the Head of Marketing to translate ideas into visuals that drive engagement and clarity.
• Maintain design quality: Ensure every asset - digital or print - meets professional standards and reflects brand excellence.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

We’re looking for a skilled designer with curiosity and initiative, not a long list of credentials.

You should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in graphic design (freelance or company experience welcome).
• A portfolio with 4–5 examples of your best work (digital and/or print).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Comfort with Canva or Figma — whichever helps you work best.
• Familiarity with Notion or willingness to learn.
• Strong sense of visual consistency, layout, and typography.
• English fluency; Arabic knowledge is a plus for Saudi market materials.
