The Junior Graphic Designer will support the Creative and Marketing teams by producing high-quality visual content for digital platforms. The role is designed for an entry-level professional seeking to develop expertise in graphic design within a structured and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop static and digital graphics for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with corporate branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into creative concepts.
• Revise and enhance existing designs based on feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in design and digital media.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of additional tools is an advantage).
• Strong creative and conceptual skills with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with digital and social media design requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating academic, freelance, or professional design work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related discipline (preferred, not mandatory).
