Job Responsibities
- Design clean, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma or similar tools
- Translate product ideas and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI designs
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
- Optimize designs based on feedback, performance data, and design best practices
- Maintain design consistency across all digital touchpoints and internal brand guidelines
- Support design needs for marketing or internal communication assets as required
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends and emerging design tools to continuously improve design output
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or product design
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Basic knowledge of user flows, wireframing, and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
- Ability to work independently, receive feedback constructively, and iterate quickly
